Tastey cheesy mushroom!
A large mushroom, fried in butter until a little crispy and hot but still juicy(do not be tempted to squash the mushroom!) add a little salt, pepper, soy sauce and serve with sweet chilly dip and a large piece of goats cheese. Get either a mushroom sized wheel of it, about 2cm(just under an inch) thick piece, or simply crumble some on the top. Goat’s cheese is VERY mild, so it won't be as over powering as you think.
Eat the mushroom, goat’s cheese and sweet chilly dip together, separate, each is dull but when
together it makes some epic flavours. Lettuce also goes quite well with the dish.
For vegans, simply use vegan equivalents to the butter and cheese of your choice
