Taking time to do a good job where necessary is very important to WatchOut! studios, making sure that little to no patching is necessary, however we understand that we are all human and faults are bound to show up!

We believe everyone should have the chance to show their worth and we will focus on how dedicated and skilled they are, not how many pieces of paper saying they're qualified they have. Although qualifications will not be ignored as we understand it takes a lot of time to gain them, we believe they should not always be the deciding factor.
